How We Do It:

WRC’s case management model has proven effective as we walk alongside families, helping them move from chaos to stability. Each family meets one on one with a staff member or volunteer to identify needs and develop a written “plan of action”. This includes identifying immediate needs such as food or clothing, as well as long term needs that could include employment, housing or transportation.
